Our outdoor group sessions are about more than just training — they’re a chance to move, have fun, get outside and be part of a supportive community. Whatever your fitness level, come as you are and enjoy a mix of energy, laughter, and a great workout alongside like-minded people.

Circuit Training
A mix of cardio and strength, this class challenges your whole body while keeping it fun and dynamic. Expect a variety of exercises designed to boost stamina, endurance, and overall fitness — all while keeping your heart pumping and energy high.


Strength Training
We combine calisthenics (bodyweight training) and weights to help you build full-body strength, improve mobility, and move with ease. Our goal is to make you stronger, develop muscle, and work toward mastering foundational calisthenics skills like pull-ups, push-ups, and pistol squats.

Single Class: £10 per session
